Yes. You can be both a mentee and mentor. You would need to sign up again to either Student, Pro Plus or International subscriptions and re register with a mentee account.
There is no fixed schedule. As a mentor you provide only those times that are suitable to you. We are fully flexible and work around your availbility.
As little or as much as you desire. No strings attached. Fully flexible and no fixed commitment. You choose how much commitment you wish to give to the platform.
Absolutely. We encourage you to still sign up even if you have no mentoring experience. As part of our Pro Plan we help and train you on how to become a successful mentor.
Mentor Subscription is our FREE offering purely for those wanting to give back to the community. You cannot charge for your mentoring sessions on this plan. This is also the subscription every mentor needs to start on as we require each professional to go through a vetting process. Once the vetting process is completed and you have been verified, you then have a choice, should you want to make some money, you can upgrade your subscription to our Pro plan where you can then charge for each of your sessions. Pro Subscription - This plan offers everything from our Mentor plan but is targetted to those professionals who also wish to make some money from their mentoring. You can upgrade to this plan after you have been vetted and verified with our platform. Pro Plus - The Pro Plus plan is catered for early career professionals/professionals who wish to change their career path. Our users are mentees who are already working but looking for a mentor in the career they wish to change to.
Yes. As a minimum, we require all of our mentors to be DBS clear. As part of our vetting process, we will be asking you to send a copy of your certificate across.
With your subscription you will be allowed to chat to the mentor first before booking. This helps you establish if the mentor is the best match for you in helping you with your career goals before bookingt them/payment. Not every mentor charges for their time but time is the most valueable asset and our platform allows you to invest in yourself through the mentor calls.
As little and as many times as you wish. Our platform follows a no commitment structure.
Yes. You can also book the same mentor multiple times if needed.
Yes. Tattel.ME allows you to chat to a mentor before you book them for a call. This helps you both establish if you are a good match for each other for mentoring.
No problem. As part of the mentee sign up process we ask you to niminate 3 mentors you would like to be mentored by. Their linked profile is enough. Send them across to us and then it is our job to try and bring them onto the platform for you. In the meantime, our community is constantly growing so continue using our resources and checking new mentor alerts as you navigate the career ladder.

Yes.
At the moment we are only accepting secure credit/debit card payment via Stripe. We will be introducing other payment forms in the coming future.
At the moment we do not have a cancellation policy in place. We advise you reach out to the mentor you have booked via our chat feature (in the case you need to reschedule) to re organise your meeting. In the case of a cancellation please also follow up with the mentor via chat so they can work on refunding you your payment.
Refunds can take up to 7 business working days to reach your account.
